Delivery & Payment

Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer or to an ECONT courier office, within 1 to 3 business days, depending on location and stock availability.

We use the courier services of ECONT for all shipments.

Orders placed before 16:30 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 16:30 are processed on the next business day.

Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery — payment upon receiving the shipment.
• Bank Transfer — payment prior to shipping.

When choosing Bank Transfer, the order is considered accepted for processing only after the payment has been received. If payment is made during weekends or holidays, shipping will begin on the next business day.

Purchase on Installments (TBI Bank)

We offer installment purchasing through TBI Bank.

• Approval in-store with ID card — decision within ~15 minutes.
• Online Installment Option available for products above 100 BGN.
• You will see a “Buy in installments” button on eligible product pages.
• You can preview interest rates, APR, and monthly payment before applying.
• A TBI Bank representative will contact you to finalize the application.

After approval, your order will be shipped together with the documents you must sign upon delivery.
