Prices

All prices are listed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include applicable taxes. Prices are valid at the moment of publication and may change without notice.

Orders

Listing a product on the website constitutes an invitation to make a purchase offer.
Submitting an order form is considered a purchase proposal.
MoskovHunt may decline an order if:
- the product is unavailable,
- pricing or system errors occur,
- force majeure prevents fulfillment.
Orders are confirmed by phone.

Payment

Payment may be made via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Card Payment.

Purchase on Installments (TBI Bank)

MoskovHunt is not a lender. All credit decisions and terms are determined by the financing institution.

Delivery

The cost and delivery time are displayed prior to order confirmation. Delivery is via courier or in-store pickup.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The consumer may withdraw within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Products must be returned complete and undamaged.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
If use or depreciation is detected, the merchant may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value, in accordance with Article 55(4) of the Consumer Protection Act.

Liability

MoskovHunt is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party systems.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not apply to misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
