Hawke Endurance 30 WA 1.5-6x44 IR is a versatile hunting riflescope with a wide field of view, illuminated L4A Dot reticle and advanced H5 optical system. Product code 16310 features a 44 mm objective lens, 30 mm mono-tube chassis, generous eye relief, six levels of red illumination, 18-layer fully multi-coated optics and capped low-profile resettable turrets with 1/4 MOA click adjustment.
One of the main advantages of the Hawke Endurance 30 WA is its wide field of view. At the minimum 1.5x magnification, the riflescope provides up to 27.6 metres at 100 metres, helping the shooter locate and track moving targets quickly.
At the maximum 6x magnification, the field of view is 6.9 metres at 100 metres. This creates a practical balance between speed at close range and more precise aiming at medium distances.

The L4A Dot reticle is a variation of the classic L4 hunting reticle. Its more open outer post design keeps a larger portion of the target visible, while the fine centre area supports accurate aiming.
The illuminated centre dot measures 2 MOA. At 4x magnification, the spacing from the centre to the inner edge of the heavier posts is approximately 83 cm at 100 m.

Higher brightness settings are intended for bright daytime conditions, while lower settings are suitable for dawn, dusk and reduced ambient light. With illumination switched off, the reticle remains visible in black.

The elevation and windage turrets are low-profile, protected by caps and resettable after zeroing. Each click equals 1/4 MOA, or approximately 7 mm at 100 m.

Suitable 30 mm scope rings are required and must match the mounting base of the specific firearm. The riflescope should be mounted as low as possible without touching the barrel, rear sight or receiver.
Before final tightening, position the riflescope so that a complete field of view is visible from the normal shooting position while maintaining the maximum safe eye relief.
The official instructions specify an approximate maximum torque of 1.8 Nm for the ring-top screws and 3.4 Nm for the ring-base screws. Excessive tightening can damage the scope tube and affect performance.
