EPSILON Precision Rifle Chassis is a Bulgarian-engineered platform by LRP Long Range Precision, developed as a complete precision-rifle chassis system for Remington 700 Short Action. Its design focuses not only on structural rigidity, but also on balance, recoil behaviour, barricade support and controlled interaction with a rear bag.
EPSILON combines 6082 and 7075 aluminium alloys, a full-length integrated ARCA rail, M-LOK interfaces, balance-tuning provisions, ambidextrous ergonomics, adjustable cheek support and LOP, a 10° barricade stop and the distinctive lightweight tuning-fork-shaped stock.
LRP presents EPSILON as an engineering interpretation of balance and control. In the chassis itself, that philosophy is expressed through mass distribution, forend geometry, extensive stock adjustment and modern interfaces for precision-rifle support equipment.
Four internal weight positions and external M-LOK locations allow the mass distribution to be tuned around the complete rifle setup.
The integrated ARCA rail allows compatible bipods, tripod clamps and shooting plates to be positioned along the forend.
The 10° angled geometry is designed to support stable contact against a barricade and help control unwanted vertical movement.
The chassis is designed for practical use by both right- and left-handed shooters.
This is the action platform officially specified by LRP for EPSILON.
EPSILON is engineered around Remington 700 Short Action geometry. This determines the relationship between the action, magazine-well area, trigger assembly and principal mounting geometry.
LRP officially states compatibility with all Remington 700 Short Action models. This should not automatically be interpreted as guaranteed compatibility with every possible clone action, aftermarket trigger or non-standard custom component.
LRP combines 6082 and 7075 aluminium alloys with the objective of balancing structural strength, controlled mass and the mechanical behaviour required from a modern precision-rifle chassis.
Used within the chassis construction as part of the manufacturer's strength, machining and structural design concept.
A high-strength aluminium alloy incorporated into key areas of the EPSILON engineering architecture.
The action interface, forend, stock and accessory interfaces are designed to function as one coordinated chassis system.
One of EPSILON's defining engineering features is its shock-absorbing forend geometry. LRP states that it was developed through extensive testing to significantly reduce muzzle jump after firing.
The objective is more predictable system movement rather than relying solely on maximum structural stiffness.
The forend forms part of the complete balance and recoil-management concept of the chassis.
LRP describes the geometry as the result of extensive development and testing for precision-rifle use.
Internal positions and M-LOK interfaces allow the mass distribution of the rifle to be adjusted.
In a precision-rifle system, overall mass is only part of the equation. The location of that mass relative to the action, support point, barricade and rear bag has a direct effect on how the complete setup behaves.
EPSILON supports both internal and external balance tuning. This allows the chassis to be adapted around different barrels, optics, bipod/tripod systems and user preferences.
Allows compatible clamps, bipods and tripod interfaces to be moved along the underside to suit balance and support position.
Provide mounting positions for additional weights and compatible accessories while keeping the overall profile clean.
A slot in the stock base supports installation of a Back Rider, bag rider or another compatible accessory.
The 10° contact surface is intended to support positive positioning against a barricade and help control vertical movement.
The lower geometry allows controlled elevation correction by moving the rifle over a compatible rear support bag.
The lower M-LOK interface can accept a Back Rider, bag rider or another compatible support accessory.
The stock is one of the most recognisable visual and engineering elements of EPSILON.
LRP describes the tuning-fork-shaped stock as a lightweight geometry designed to direct and dissipate vibration waves generated during firing.
A dedicated rear-weight compartment also allows the rifle's balance to be tuned from the stock end rather than only from the forend.
Allows the cheek position to be matched to the optic height and the shooter's preferred head position.
Adjustable LOP helps tailor the stock to the shooter's build, body position and complete rifle setup.
Both height and angle can be adjusted to refine shoulder contact and position behind the rifle.
The thumb support can be angle-adjusted for a more natural firing-hand position.
EPSILON uses a Microcell recoil pad to provide a compliant shoulder-contact surface and support recoil comfort without requiring a bulky rear-stock design.
LRP specifies a redesigned magazine well intended to support reliable feeding of long cartridges up to 73.5 mm without unwanted contact with action edges.
An access opening allows compatible trigger adjustments to be reached without dismantling the complete chassis.
EPSILON incorporates an adapter for folding-stock installation, adding further modularity when used with compatible components.
EPSILON is a chassis system, not a complete rifle.
The firearm/action, barrel, optic, mounts, magazine, bipod/tripod, muzzle device, rear bag, Back Rider and other equipment shown in demonstration images or video should not be considered included unless specifically stated in the MoskovHunt product configuration.
Weights are also not described as standard included components because LRP offers internal and external weights separately. Any MoskovHunt package that includes additional components will be identified explicitly.
LRP EPSILON Precision Rifle Chassis is a firearm component/accessory rather than a complete firearm. When in stock, it can be ordered online from MoskovHunt. For custom actions or specialised configurations, compatibility should be confirmed before purchase.
EPSILON is developed by Bulgarian manufacturer LRP Long Range Precision.
The official catalogue number is LRP00026.
LRP officially specifies compatibility with all Remington 700 Short Action models.
No. With custom or clone actions, trigger geometry, magazine configuration and other dimensional details should be confirmed before ordering.
The manufacturer specifies 6082 and 7075 aluminium alloys.
Yes. A full-length integrated ARCA rail runs along the forend.
LRP specifies 8 M-LOK slots on the forend plus a lower stock interface for a Back Rider, bag rider or compatible accessory.
They allow the balance point to be tuned around the barrel, optic, support system and shooter preference.
MoskovHunt does not describe them as standard included components because LRP also sells internal and external weights separately.
It is an angled contact surface designed to support stable positioning against a barricade and help manage vertical system movement.
It refers to the redesigned magazine-well geometry intended to support reliable feeding of longer cartridges up to 73.5 mm.
Yes. EPSILON provides an adjustable cheek rest, adjustable LOP and adjustable butt-pad height and angle.
Yes. LRP describes EPSILON as fully ambidextrous.
No. The product is the EPSILON chassis system. Demonstration firearms, optics and additional accessories are not automatically included.
Yes. As a chassis/accessory it can be ordered online from MoskovHunt when available.
Installation should be carried out competently. After assembly, verify safe mechanical operation, magazine feeding, trigger function and all mounting interfaces. MoskovHunt can assist with preliminary compatibility checks for custom Remington 700 Short Action configurations.
